Our Full Wedding Planning service provides unlimited consultations to discuss your vision and how we can make your plans into fruition, budget planning and management, venue scouting, assistance with securing all vendors and rental orders, attendance to all vendor meetings as requested, develop mood/theme board and execute design elements that ties everything together and much more. The Consultation

During our initial consultation, our goal is to get to know you! We want to hear all about your love story, understand what is near and dear to you, and most importantly, build a rapport with you to help you gain confidence in our experience and abilities in the wedding planning world! We will discuss your needs and help guide you to decide which of our packages is right for you.

TWO

let's make things official

Once the retainer has been paid and the contract has been signed, we will send over a Client Onboarding Questionnaire to help us understand your vision for your wedding day. Through our discussions together, we will determine your guest count, budget and style choice for your wedding in order to get started on venue scouting and vendor sourcing. We will send you specific questions for each type of vendor required in order to kick off the search process.

THREE

VENUE SCOUTING

Based on the information provided to us, we will scout for suitable venue options and present them to you in a detailed comparison tracker. From there, we will schedule site visits to take a look at the spots together, where I can walk you through how the space would be utilized and how the day would flow, so you can envision your big day in the venue. Once the venue has been booked and a date has been confirmed, we can then kick off the process in sourcing all other vendors.

With the details you have provided us on preference in style, needs and budget, we will start to reach out to our existing vendor connections and also new vendors that we believe can be a good fit. We build out a detailed comparison tracker of the vendors in terms of service/product offerings and pricing so that you can easily determine the differences at a glance. Once we determine a shortlist, we will schedule consultation calls with potential vendors to help you make a decision before booking them. This process will be repeated until all vendors have been secured.

FIVE

During the three months leading up to your wedding, we’ll reach out to all of your vendors to confirm all requirements and details, go through all of your vendor contracts, liaise with your venue with respect to the banquet event order and floor plans, and build a comprehensive itinerary that provides full coverage from your perspective but also from your vendor team’s perspective. We will also meet with you five times to ensure that we are in constant communication to solidify the wedding plans.

SIX

Final Details Meeting and Rehearsal

In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we will attend the final details meeting with the venue alongside you to go through all of the details of your big day with the event manager. We will also conduct a wedding rehearsal with you and your wedding party to ensure that everyone understands their roles and duties on the wedding day, as well as giving them tips and tricks on how to walk down the aisle for the processional and recessional.

Your Wedding Day

The big day has finally arrived, and we’ll be your personal assistant for the entire day - any requests that you have, we are here for you. Our goal is to make sure that you get to enjoy and soak in the wedding day without having to worry about the small details. Leave the seamless event execution with us! 

The Investment

The pricing for our wedding planning package varies based on factors such as number of vendors required to be hired, number of locations, travel needs, guest count, and the extent of personal items and decor setup required. Our base package pricing is designed for weddings with up to 150 guests and travel within 100 km of our home base in Toronto. We invite couples to contact us for a free consultation, allowing us to tailor our services to your unique wedding needs and provide a personalized fee quote.
