Our Philosophy

It’s all about being seamless

In order to ensure successful execution of your wedding day plans, our Day-of Wedding Coordination service includes two consultation calls during the month leading up to the wedding, 11+ hour coverage with one Lead Planner and a minimum of one Assistant Planner on the day-of the wedding, Lead Planner liaising as the point of contact for all vendors on the day-of, direct all event processionals and timeline management, set-up & take-down of personal items, vendor management, distribute final vendor payments, handle all ad-hoc issues, and much more.

The Consultation

During our initial consultation, our goal is to get to know you! We want to hear all about your love story, understand what is near and dear to you, and most importantly, build a rapport with you to help you gain confidence in our experience and abilities in the wedding planning world! We will discuss your needs and help guide you to decide which of our packages is right for you.

let's make things official

Once the retainer has been paid and the contract has been signed, we will send over a Client Onboarding Questionnaire that will allow us to gain an even more detailed understanding of your plans for the wedding day. We will set you up with a unique online drive as well to allow you to share key information with us efficiently to get the process started!

PLANNING

During the last month leading up to your wedding, we’ll set you up with our handy checklists and meet with you twice to ensure that we have a strong understanding of the personalized touches you have added throughout your big day. We will also review the timeline you have prepared with you and provide recommendations on timing where we think could add value based on our experience.

The big day has finally arrived, and we’ll be your personal assistant for the entire day - any requests that you have, we are here for you. Our goal is to make sure that you get to enjoy and soak in the wedding day without having to worry about the small details. Leave the seamless event execution with us!

The Investment

The pricing for our wedding coordination package varies based on factors like locations, travel needs, guest count, and the extent of personal items and decor setup required. Our base package pricing is designed for weddings with up to 150 guests and travel within 100 km of our home base in Toronto. We invite couples to contact us for a free consultation, allowing us to tailor our services to your unique wedding needs and provide a personalized fee quote.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PLANNING WEDDINGS THAT INCORPORATES PETS?


Yes, and it brings us so much joy when we get to work with cute furry friends! We will coordinate with all vendors to incorporate your pet into the day as much as possible. We also offer Pet Attendant services as an add-on package for the wedding day so that your pet will be taken care of during all of the festivities!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT STRUCTURE?


For Day-of Wedding Coordination and Month-of Wedding Planning packages, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer due upon signing of the contract and the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. For Partial and Full Wedding Planning packages, the payments will be made in three installments instead.
